We invite you to become a part of our neighborhood association! For just $25 per year, you and your family will enjoy the following benefits:

A bounty of food, beer, wine and desserts at our picnics in June and August, held in beautiful Fiesta Park;

A caroling party in December where we ride around Caine Woods and sing Christmas carols to our neighbors, followed by food and drink at the Elks Club;

Email blasts informing you of impending storms, emergency situations, upcoming activities and other up-to-the-minute notifications;

Monthly board of directors meetings where you can voice your concerns and learn about everything the association does;

Newsletters published in March, July and November to inform members of local happenings and items of interest;

Neighborhood Watch, a program dedicated to protecting residents’ homes and families.

Our Beautification Committee that maintains several flower beds throughout Caine Woods.

By joining the Caine Woods Community Association and attending our events, you can get to know and network with your neighbors, local elected officials and members of the Ocean City Police and Fire Departments, all of whom regularly attend our events.

Membership is open to both residents and non-residents, owners and renters.
